Workplace Well-Being: Designing for Movement focuses on the value of movement to our overall well-being and provides strategies for designing movement into the work experience – wherever that may be – at work, at home or someplace in-between. We will learn how workplace design can encourage movement and how to make the case with employers to support these well-being initiatives for their occupants.

Educating and learning about these trends can help influence better decisions that we make at work and at home.
